Abu Khashaba canyon is one of the impressive canyons of Wadi Rum. The contrast between red and yellow sun with green bushes and trees is fascinating.
This walk through the canyon takes about 45 minutes
At Jabal Anfishiyyeh there is a big rock wall. You can admire some of the best Thamudic and Nabatean petroglyphs and inscriptions.
Considered like one of the most beautiful canyons in Wadi Rum, Barrah canyon is a long corridor of 5 kilometers. This place is perfect to practice hiking. The hike takes about 1h30 to 2 hours.

Jabal Al-Mazmar or The Seven Pillars of Wisdom is a mountain located opposite of the visitor center. This mountain was renamed in honor of the famous book of T.E. Lawrence back in the 1980’s. If you are attentive you can see in fact there are six pillars.
Jabal Al Quattar
With its top of 1606 meters high, Jabal Al-Qatar is one of the biggest and most impressive mountains in Wadi Rum.
Jabal Umm Ad Dami
With an altitude of 1,854 meters, this mountain is the highest point of the country. At the top, you have an amazing view of Wadi Rum desert, Gulf of Aqaba and Saudi Arabia. This hike takes 3 hours in total and requires a good physical condition.

Lawrence house was built by the Romans upon the remains of a Nabatean building. There is a story that tells he used this place to store weaponry, and other story tells he slept for the night before his travel to Aqaba. Nobody has the real evidence that it was Lawrence's house.
Lawrence spring is a natural spring which is located from three kilometers of the Rum village. During the spring, locals Bedouin families take the fresh water from this source.
